You get 200LBS of resistance / 90kg when using all 5 of the EzToned HIIT-X bands that come with your EzBar.

The weight is easy to adjust and is determined by the number of bands you use for your workout - the lightest HIIT-X band is 20 LBS / 9 KG and the heaviest band is 60 LBS / 27 KG.

Add all 5 bands together and you get the full 200LBS / 90KG of resistance.

This makes it easy to track your progress with each workout and push yourself to reach higher levels of resistance every time you use the EzBar.

Increasing the weight you do over time is known as 'progressive overload' and it is a necessary part of building strength & muscle. The EzBar makes this process easy with our colored bands that give you a clear picture of your progression on each workout.

If the 200LBS / 90KG of combined resistance isn't enough, you can easily add more bands to your routine. Additional bands can be purchased from our equipment page or using the "Special Offers" section above.

If you purchase the EzBar V2 kit, you also get the Strap-X System.

The Strap-X system comes included with 100lbs of weight per arm, or 200lbs of weight in total.

The EzBar is rated for a maximum of 300LBS/136KG of resistance.
