Refund & Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE:

All our resistance bands come with a free limited lifetime replacement warranty (valid for up to 2 replacements in a 365 days period, subject to review on an individual customer basis). This is an exclusive warranty limited to our V2 resistance bands kits range and the EzBar covering manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not apply to any other product ranges we offer and is applicable to the expected normal lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the buyer. This warranty is also applicable only to the original owner, not for any subsequent owner.

This lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time of the product.

The EzBlock Home Gym System comes with a three year limited replacement warranty (valid for up to 1 replacement in a 365 days period, subject to review on an individual customer basis). This is a warranty limited to our EzBlock Adjustable Dumbbells covering manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise. This warranty is also applicable only to the original owner, not for any subsequent owner.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, loss, dropping, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time of the product.

All other products are backed by our 30-day money back guarantee (as described below).

GENERAL REFUNDS/EXCHANGES POLICY

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of successful delivery. All orders are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee.

If you need to return/exchange your order for any reason, please contact us on support@eztoned.com within 30 days of delivery. We will then proceed with the returns and refund process.

Please note, returns are at the cost of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty by EzToned. We suggest using a tracked form of post as EzToned is not responsible for any lost or missing packages on route to our returns facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNS POLICY

What is the returns period?
Our returns period expands to 30 days. Customers are to contact us within 30 days to proceed with a refund or exchange.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

May I return my order without informing you or without an RMA?
To ensure you receive proper instructions for returning your order, please contact us on support@eztoned.com to initiate the returns process. 

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected and deemed returnable, you shall be refunded within 24 hours. Refunds typically take between 3-7 business days to reflect on your account. Please note, most financial institutions take an average of 3-7 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. Can I exchange my order?
Yes! We are happy to exchange your order within our 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy.

What is the exchange period?
All customers have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange their order.

Do I have to pay for the exchange shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you return your order using a tracked form of post as EzToned will not be responsible for lost packages.

How can I exchange my order?
To exchange your order, please contact us on support@eztoned.com with your order number to initiate an exchange. If you have any feedback as to why you are returning your order - we'd love to hear it! Customer feedback is what helps our company learn and grow.

When will I receive my exchange?
As soon as your exchange is received, inspected, and deemed exchangeable, your new replacement order shall be processed from our end.
